LEXINGTON, Va. - Every week during the 2018-19 academic year, VMI Athletics will release a 90 Seconds of Depth video feature to spotlight a cadet-athlete, coach or administrator.

Today we take an inside look at VMI men's swim team member Brady Gannon and how he got started swimming as well as his favorite races to be a part of. He also discusses the mentality and bond of the team and keeping the right perspective every day.
