REDLANDS, Calif. - The VMI water polo team opened its annual California trip with two wins as the Keydets topped the University of Redlands and Macalester College Friday in Redlands, California.

VMI topped Redlands by a 12-4 score before defeating Macalester by a 20-5 margin later in the day.
