2014-15: Earned a 22-12 overall record for the season, including a 9-4 dual record and 7-3 mark in SoCon bouts … went 13-8 in tournament formats … ranked as high as No. 30 during the season by WrestlingReport … tallied career-high seven pins, two tech falls and three major decisions en route to 45 dual points … won the heavyweights class at the All-Academy Championships on Feb. 7 … came in fourth place at the SoCon Championships to conclude the season … beat No. 12 Denzel Dejournette of Appalachian State by a fall in 3:52 in his final dual bout of the year … named SoCon Wrestler of the Week on Feb. 11 … placed sixth at the Hokie Open on Nov. 2 … also came in sixth at the Wolfpack Open on Nov. 16 … finished fourth at the Keystone Classic on Nov. 23 … earned a season best five-match win streak heading into the SoCon tournament … almost had a 10-bout win streak to conclude the regular season, but a 9-7 decision loss to Chattanooga’s Jared Johnson on Jan. 25 was sandwiched between a four-match win streak and the five-match streak.
2013-14: Wrestled in 30 matches during his redshirt junior season ... finished with a 21-9 mark in the 285-pound division ... went 6-1 in SoCon action while holding a 13-5 mark in dual matches ... never dropped back-to-back matches during the season ... finished with three wins by fall and went 3-1 at the 2014 SoCon Championships, finishing third in a strong weight class ... had three major decisions and one technical fall during the year as well ... took third at the All-Academy Championships (Feb. 1). 
2012-13: Suffered an injury at the end of December, wrestling his final match on Dec. 29 … was on pace for a great season, holding a 12-8 record as a heavyweight at the time of his injury … had a season-long four-match winning streak at one point … lost back-to-back matches on just two occasions … finished in sixth place at the Hokie Open in a bracket with nearly 50 wrestlers … went 2-0 in dual matches while also logging two wins by fall on the year.
2011-12: Came onto the mat late in the season to replace an injured Andrew Embree … logged five matches during the season, winning two of those bouts … made first appearance for the Keydets on Jan. 20 against Gardner-Webb’s Just Korzera … posted a 3-2 decision in that match for his first collegiate win … collected his first career pin against Appalachian State’s Joe Cummings in a time of 5:54.
2010-11: Went 7-6 overall on the season with a 7-5 tournament record … led team with five pinfalls … wrestled one dual match against Liberty, falling to Josh Pelletier by a 3-2 decision … won heavyweight title at Southern Virginia Turkey Bowl with a 2-1 record.
 
High School: Wrestled three years at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory Academy for head coach Robert Bale … a highly decorated athlete, earning All-America, All-State and All-District honors … compiled 116 wins in his career, going 53-8 as a senior … participated in the Disney Nationals, making it to the tournament finals … also lettered in football and track … played in numerous All-Star football games … National Merit Scholar semi-finalist.
