2010-2011: Went 5-4 during freshman campaign at 165 lbs., competing exclusively in tournament action …  Went 3-2 at The Citadel Open (11/6), with a 4-3 decision win over Dallas Winters of Campell, an injury default win over Shorter’s James Bland, and a 13-6 win over Terrence Martin of Darton … Also went 2-1 at the Southern Virginia Turkey Bowl.

High School: Two-time Virginia State Champion at 160 pounds … Lettered four years for coach Chris Vicars at Radford High School … Won Titan Toughman, and Highlander Tournament … Also a member of the state champion cross country and soccer teams ... Played club soccer for the Radford Rivercats and F.C. Blacksburg.
