2024-25: Competed four times between the Southeast Open and Appalachian Open at 157 pounds.

2023-24: Competed in the Southeast Open and Appalachian Open between 149 and 157 pounds.

2021-22: Competed in three matches at 157 pounds, posting a win at the Southeast Open.

Before VMI: Won more than 40 matches every year of his high school career, wrestling at 106, 126, 132 and 160 … A BCSL Division First-Team member and region qualifier … also competed in lacrosse as a face-off specialist … a member of the Underground Wrestling Club and the Pennsylvania Regional Training Center … won the N.J. Greco State Championship.

Personal: The son of David and Vikki Glynos … plans to major in Mechanical engineering.
