Biography

2025-26: Moved up to 141 pounds and became a consistent force in conference action…finished the season with 11 wins, five in league duals and six in tournaments…went 3-2 at the Soldier Salute…posted a team-high four major decisions and three technical falls…tallied 21 dual points…tabbed the four seed at the SoCon Championship and finished in fourth place after going 2-2 at 141 pounds.

2024-25: Was the top wrestler at 133 pounds, earning 13 victories with two major decisions and five pins…tallied six dual victories for 24 points, recording one SoCon win…won the 133-pound bracket at the Purple Raider Open…placed sixth in the 133 Open bracket at the Southeast Open…picked up big decisions over Appalachian State and Duke...earned one nationally-ranked victory over Appalachian State...landed on the SoCon Honor Roll.

2023-24: Named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...posted the most victories for VMI with 22 wins at 133 pounds…earned an automatic bid to the NCAA National Championships, filling the final allocation slot at 133 pounds…picked up a first-round decision against Indiana in the NCAA Tournament, advancing to the second round of the consolation bracket…went 3-1 in the SoCon Championships to claim third…named SoCon Wrestler of the Week in January…finished 12-7 in duals and 10-9 in tournaments, accumulating 43 dual points and a team-high four tech falls.

2022-23: (Freshman)
  • Earned 16 victories on the year, fifth on the team
  • Had one pin, three major decisions and four technical falls
  • Took sixth in the Fr./So. Competition at the Southeast Open on Nov. 5
  • Placed fourth in his pool Nov. 13 at the Journeymen Classic
  • Finished eighth at the Navy Classic
