2021: Earned All-SoCon honors in the shot put during the indoor season with a third-place finish of 13.26m at the SoCon Indoor Championships … also placed in the top 10 in the weight throw at the event at 13.36m … logged a 13.64m in the shot at the VMI Team Challenge for second place … registered a 13.60m weight throw at the Keydet Invitational for sixth place … during the outdoor season, earned All-SoCon honors in the shot put by placing second at the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a distance of 14.00m … threw a career-best hammer throw at the event with a distance of 44.05m for ninth place … a week prior at the W&L Spring Kick-Off, threw a career-best discus throw of 25.45m for 11th place … threw a season-best shot put of 14.09m for first place at the JMU Invitational.

2020: Continued great performances in the shot put and weight throw throughout a  shortened season…place first at the VMI Winter Relays in the shot put and weight throw…earned a personal best 15.28m weight throw at the VMI Indoor Classic, and placed first in the shot put…posted a 14.50m personal best in the shot put, to take first place at the SoCon Indoor Championships and VMI's first winner in the event since 2016. 
 
2019: Competed in the shot put, weight throw, and hammer throw…had several top ten finishes…posted a 13.39m shot put at the Keydet Invitational, good for eighth place…earned second place in the shot put at the SoCon Indoor Championships…had a personal best in the hammer throw with a distance of 40.14m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, good for tenth place.

2018: Showed sizeable improvement throughout her true freshman season...moved into third in school history in the outdoor shot with a 13.40 M/43'11 3/4" effort at Duke...wound up finishing fourth in the conference in that event...ranked fourth in school annals in the indoor shot, after becoming just the fourth woman to clear 42 feet at the Keydet Invitational...placed sixth in the conference in that event and 12th in the weight.

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner at TC Williams...team MVP...conference and regional champion...runner-up at VHSL state championships...also lettered multiple years in softball, where she was a first team all-conference honoree, and field hockey, where she was first team all-region...Dean's Award...VHSL Academic Excellence and Northern Region Athletic Honor Roll...CTE outstanding student award...Director of Student Activities Award...Student ASE certified in brakes and electrical...intends to major in mechanical engineering.
