2021: Opened the indoor season with a 5:52.18 mile run at the VMI Winter Relays … finished fourth in the 3000m in 11:11.75 at the VMI Winter Classic  and helped the 4x400 relay to fifth place in 4:35.87 … competed in the DMR at the SoCon Indoor Championships in 13:08.42 … opened the outdoor season with a career best in the 5000m in 18:37.59 … finished 7th in the 3000m steeplechase with a career-best time of 12:29.42 at the George Mason Invite … placed second in the 3000m in 11:18.65 at the W&L Sprig Kick-Off … came in sixth in the steeplechase in 12:40.41 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

2020: Earned multiple personal bests throughout distance competition…posted a personal best 5:46.15 Mile at the VMI Winter Relays…placed 11^th in the DMR at the Keydet Invitational…earned a personal best 3k, 11:10.75, at the VMI Indoor Classic, good for 18^th place…posted another personal best in the 5k with a time of 19:14.10 at the SoCon Indoor Championships.
  
2019: True freshman began strong with a ninth-place finish in the DMR at the Keydet Invitational…competed in the 3k at the VMI Team Challenge and Virginia Tech Challenge, with top 15 finishes…posted a 5:38.52 mile at the VMI Winter Relays 2019…placed fifth in the DMR at the SoCon Indoor Championships.

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner at Western Branch...finished seventh in the 3,200-meters at the state championships...was 13th, earning all-state honors, in this past season's XC state championships...VHSL Academic Excellence Award...National Honor Society...received superior ratings in orchestra district assessments...also lettered one year in soccer and played for multiple clubs...intends to major in mechanical engineering.
