2010-11: One of the top surprises in Big South XC during her freshman year...improved her personal best from high school by more than a minute during the year...personal best of 18:27 came at the Charlotte Invitational...was part of a dominating VMI effort at the Big South Preview, where the Keydets recorded four of the top five finishing times, with Sweeney finishing fifth...was 16th at the Big South Championships...went on to compete in a handful of track events, primarily focusing on the 1,500...had a best time of 5:01.07 at the Big South Outdoor Championship, but failed to make the final.
