Career Highlights:
Sixth (2013) and seventh (2014) in the javelin at her final two conference outdoor meets
2013-14: Finished seventh in the javelin at the Big South outdoor meet with a seasonal best mark (35.31 M/115'10")...also was 23rd in the hammer throw...set a new hammer PR at the Liberty Collegiate Invite (39.24 M/128'9")...was also fifth in the javelin at that event...hurled the spear 34.02 M to finish eighth at the Fred Hardy Invite...indoors, was 24th in the weight throw at the conference indoor meet.
2012-13: Finished sixth in the javelin at the conference championships...posted a personal best mark of 36.97 meters (121'3") at the outdoor opener, the W&L Carnival...also cleared the 36-meter mark at the Liberty Collegiate Invite (36.73 M/120'6")...indoors, finished 26th in the weight throw at the conference meet...set a new personal best in that event at the VMI Winter Relays (11.18 M/36'8")....held the rank of Color Sergeant, First Battalion in the VMI Corps of Cadets...joined the College Orientation Workshop (COW) Cadet Counselor team, and along with teammate Renee Reives, was the first female counselors in the 26-year history of that program.
2011-12: Again focused on the javelin, competing in six meets during the outdoor season...had a top throw of 33.56 meters (110'1") at the Patriot Open...went on to finish 10th at the Big South Championships...also made her indoor debut by competing in the weight throw at the VMI Collegiate Invitational.
2010-11: Walk-on javelin thrower...finished 12th at the Big South Championships...had a seasonal-best effort of 35.32 M (115'10") at the VMI/W&L meet, finishing 3rd...cleared 30 meters at all but one of her six meets...younger sister of VMI pole vault record holder Jennifer Sing.
