2016-17: During cross country season, competed in all seven events...was VMI's #3 runner on three occasions...set a new 6K PR (23:49) at the Paul Short Run....was 50th at the SoCon Championships...finished 206th at the NCAA Regional meet...outdoors, finished 15th in the conference in the 1,500...was 20th in the 800 indoors...finished seventh in that event at the Virginia Tech Challenge, where she also ran on a school-record effort in the 4X4...was second in VMI's dual win over The Citadel.
2015-16: During XC season, set back to back PR's at Furman and Virginia Tech in September...finished 34th at the SoCon XC Championships...was VMI's #2 runner at the SE Regional Championships...outdoors, finished ninth in the 800 at the Charlotte Invite...was 10th in the 1500 and 19th in the 5K at the conference championship...indoors, finished 12th in the 800 and ran on the fourth-place DMR effort...was also eighth in the 1K at the YSU Invite.
2014-15: Competed in six of VMI's seven cross country events...broke 20 minutes twice in the 5K, both coming at UNCG's course that hosted the Big South Championships...set a new personal best in the 5K at the conference championships, where she was 57th in 19:34...became the #4 800-meter runner in program history with her 2:19.11 time at Charlotte's outdoor meet...finished 12th in the 1,500 and 14th in the 800 at the outdoor conference meet...part of the unit that set the school record in the 4X4 indoors...finished 12th in the 800 indoors with an indoor best of 2:19.81, the fifth-fastest indoor time in program history.
High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner in XC and track and field at Liberty HS in Bedford...National Honor Society...intends to major in psychology.
