Sixth place in javelin at 2011 BSC Outdoor Championships
2011-12: Did not compete.
2010-11: Had a career-best performance at the Big South Outdoor Championships, finishing sixth in the javelin with a PR of 37.18 M (121'11")...was her first career conference scoring effort...was second at the VMI/W&L Carnival and fourth at the HPU Vertklasse Meet, both times going over 35.5 meters.
2009-10: After a poor performance at her outdoor season debut, Harrison emerged with a bang, posting a nearly eight-meter PR in the javelin at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational (April 3) by throwing the implement 37.04 M (121'6")...placed fourth in that event, and was the top Keydet finisher...was sixth at April's UVA Invite (36.85 M/120'10")...placed 11th at the Big South Championships, but rebounded to be part of a 1-2-3 VMI finish at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier April 29, as she placed third in the javelin with a 35.34 M effort (115'11")...also threw the shot during several indoor events.
2008-09: Competed in three different throwing disciplines during the campaign...threw the weight and the shot at the VMI Winter Relays in February, before shifting exclusively to the shot for the remainder of the indoor season...hurled the javelin in three events during the outdoor campaign, including the Big South Championships.
High School/Personal: Varsity letterwinner in volleyball, basketball and softball during high school career...member of state championship basketball team...All-Conference, All-State, team captain and state champions for softball...was member of SAC, President of a Chapter of the National Honors Society, a Class Officer and an Office of the French Club...plans to major in Biology.
