- Took second in the shot put with +3 foot lifetime personal best throw at the league meet
Outdoor
- Named to the 2023-24 SoCon Honor Roll for averaging at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year
- Finished her career strong with a fifth-place distance of 37.00 meters in the discus at the league meet
- Came in seventh in the shot put at 11.75m at the SoCon Championships
- Logged 10th place in the hammer at 38.07 meters
2023
Indoor
- Competed at the SoCon Indoor Championships, earning a PR weight throw of 13.68m for seventh place
- Also competed in the shot at the league meet where she came in eighth at 11.01m
- Opened the year with a PR distance of 11.26m in the shot for 12th place at the VMI Invitational Jan. 13
- Came in third in both the shot (11.20m) and weight (12.64m) in a dual vs. Liberty Jan. 24
- Placed eighth in the shot at 10.33m at the VMI Winter Relays Feb. 3
Outdoor
- Competed at the SoCon Championships, placing sixth in the discus at 37.35m and eighth in the shot at 10.79m
- Earned a discus PR of 39.69m for second place at the App State Open Apr. 28, where she also placed 10th in the shot (10.18m) and hammer (33.51m)
- Opened the year placing eighth in the discus at 36.90m at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite in Myrtle Beach
- Competed at CNU's New Captains Classic Apr. 7, placing third in the hammer (37.39m), fourth in the shot (10.04m), fifth in the discus (33.60m) and ninth in the javelin (21.46m)
2022
Indoor: Placed 11th in the weight throw with a career-best distance of 13.59m at the SoCon Indoor Championships, where she also finished 11th in the shot put at 10.61m.
Outdoor: Came in 10th place in both the shot put (10.61m) and discus (31.94m) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, where she also competed in the hammer throw for 11th place at 36.46m … earned a season-best hammer throw of 39.62m at the JMU Invite … achieved a career-best discus throw of 33.91m at the Mason Spring Invitational.
2021: Competed in the shot put during the indoor season, earning a season-best distance of 10.93m for ninth place at the Keydet Invitational … placed ninth in the shot at the SoCon Indoor Championships with a distance of 10.27m … during the outdoor season, earned a season best in the javelin throw at 26.27m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships for 12th place … placed 10th in the discus at the SoCon Championships at 32.08, second-best distance of the season … logged a season-best discus throw of 33.12m at the Bill Webb/Bob Davidson Invite … competed in the javelin and discus at the Colonial Relays, George Mason Invite, JMU Invite and the W&L Spring Kick-Off … placed sixth in the discus at the Colonial Relays (32.40m) and third at the W&L meet (31.72m).
