Indoor
- Finished the 60m hurdles in 10th place at the SoCon Championships with a new PR time of 9.10 seconds
- Helped the DMR to fifth place in 12:41 at the SoCon Championships
- Came in ninth in the 200m at the VMI Winter Relays in 26.26 seconds
Outdoor
- Earned a new PR in the 100m hurdles in 15.52 seconds at the SoCon Championships
- Helped the 4x400 to seventh place in 4:01 at the SoCon Championships
- Achieved a new PR in the 400m hurdles in 1:10.69 for 10th place at the Catamount Classic
2024
Indoor
- Helped 4x400 relay team to fifth place in 4:02.00, a season-best time, at the SoCon Championship
Outdoor
- Ran a leg of the 4x100 relay squad to place third in 47.04 seconds for All-SoCon honors at the league meet
- Assisted 4x400 relay team to fifth place in 4:03.24 at the league meet
- Named to the 2023-24 SoCon Honor Roll for averaging at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year
2023
Indoor
- Competed at the SoCon Indoor Championships, earning a PR in the 60m in 7.92 seconds for 12th place
- Came in seventh in the 400m in 58.41 seconds at the event, where she also helped the 4x400 to sixth place in 4:05.16
- Assisted the DMR to fourth place in 13:11 at Liberty's Darius Dixon Invite
- Earned a PR in the 300m in 41.60 seconds to win the event at the VMI Winter Relays Feb. 3
Outdoor
- Competed at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, earning a PR in the 400m in 57.03 seconds in the prelims to place fourth
- Ran a 25.64 in the 200m at the SoCon meet, where she also helped the 4x100 relay to fifth place in 47.85 seconds
- Earned a PR in the 100m in 12.72 for 15th place at the JMU Invite, where she also earned a 200m PR time of 25.06 seconds for 11th place
- Opened the year helping the 4x400 relay to seventh place in 4:08 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite
- Won the 400m in 58.37 seconds at CNU's New Captains Classic
High School: Heaven is one of the state's most all-around sprinters. She boasts PRs of 100m 12.36, 200m 25.44, and 400 57.98.
