Indoor: Came in 15th place in the mile run in 5:56.57 at the SoCon Indoor Championships … earned a career-best mile run of 5:53.25 at the VMI Winter Classic … achieved a career-best 1000m run of 3:35.09 for eighth place at the Keydet Invitational, where he also earned a career-best 3000m time of 11:55.09.
Outdoor: Ran a career-best 1500m run of 5:34.10 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … came in fifth place in the 5000m with a career-best time of 21:28.16 at the JMU Invite.
2021: Ran the 3000m three times during the indoor season, earning a career-best time of 12:15.58 for 11th place at the SoCon Indoor Championships … ran the 3000m in 12:18.34 for 14th place at the VMI Winter Classic … during the outdoor season, ran a career-best 5000m time of 21:29.56 at the George Mason Invite … ran the 3000m in 12:16.14 for fifth place at the W&L Spring Kick-Off.
2020: True freshman began season with strong finishes in the 3k at the Keydet Challenge and VMI Winter Relays…posted a personal best in the mile with time of 6:27.09…finished season with another personal best in the 3k (12:36.29), good for 19th place at the SoCon Indoor Championships.
High School: Prepped at Urbana HS in Ijamsville, Md. ... lettered in both cross country and track and field ... earned a team academic award for having above a 3.5 GPA.
Personal: Has two siblings ... plans to major in history and biology.
