Indoor: Finished eighth in the shot put at 11.52m at the SoCon Indoor Championships … earned a season-best distance of 11.69m in the shot put at the VMI Winter Classic.
Outdoor:  Finished seventh in both the shot put (11.95m) and javelin throw (35.63m) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … came in sixth in both the shot (11.56m) and javelin (35.48m) at the JMU Invitational … placed third in the javelin at 32.06m at the Colonial Relays.

2021: Competed in the shot put during the indoor season, earning a season-best throw of 11.56m for sixth place at the SoCon Indoor Championships … logged a shot put throw of 11.17m for 11th place at the VMI Team Challenge … during the outdoor season, earned career bests in the shot put (11.66m) for seventh place and in the discus throw (30.67m) for 13th place … registered a career best in the javelin throw at 33.22m for ninth place at the JMU Invitational … at the W&L Spring Kick-Off, placed second in the shot at 11.56m and third in the javelin at 31.62m.

2020: Competed in the shot put during a shortened season…posted a 9.86m shot put at the Keydet Invitational, good for 29^th place…earned a personal best 10.58m shot put at the VMI Team Challenge, good for 13^th place.
 
2019: Competed in the javelin throw throughout the season…posted a 21.64m javelin at SoCon Outdoor Championships, good for 16^th place…earned a personal best 24.69m javelin at 2019 Twilight Qualifier, good for 12^th place.
