- Placed ninth in the shot at the SoCon Championships at 11.40m
- Came in 12th in the discus at 31.93m at the SoCon Championships
- Earned a discus PR throw of 34.00m for ninth place at the Electric City Invitational

- Came in 11th place in the weight throw with a new PR of 12.23m at the SoCon Championships
- Achieved a +3 foot (12.5m) new personal best finishing fourth in the shot put at the league meet
- Opened the year placing second in the shot at 11.37 at the VMI Team Challenge
- Placed 7th in the shot at 11.61m at the VMI Invitational
Outdoor
- Placed 11th in the discus at 31.75m at the SoCon Championships, 12th in the shot at 10.31m
- Opened the season with a discus PR of 33.07m for fourth place at the Fred Hardy Invite

Outdoor: Redshirt season
High School: Diamond is one of the state's best dual-threat throwers. She signs with VMI having finished runner-up in both the shot put and discus at the 2022 Division 5 Outdoor State Championships. She adds those performances to her regional championships first-place finishes in the same events. Her PRs are 120-11 discus and a 38-7 shot put.
