2010 BSC Women's Cross Country All-Academic Team

2010-11: Named to the Big South Women's XC All-Academic team...posted a personal best of 18:43 at the Charlotte Invitational...finished 33rd at the Big South Championships...did not compete during the track seasons.

2009-10: Battled injury and illness during the '09 cross country campaign...still finished as VMI's #3 runner at the Blue Ridge Open, and competed in a handful of other events during the XC season...was 11th in the mile at the Doug Raymond Invitational, an indoor meet hosted by Kent State in January...also part of a VMI record-setting DMR team at that meet, although that record was eclipsed six weeks later at the Big South Championships...also ran the mile at the Liberty Kickoff in December...redshirted the outdoor season. 

High School/Personal: Four-year cross country letterwinner at Oak Ridge HS...also two-year letterwinner in track...member of state champion and two-time runner-up squad...National Honor Society member...recipient of DAR Good Citizen Award.
