2008-09: Served as a co-captain for the women's team...continued to rewrite the school record in the 400-meter dash, and assert herself at the conference level...set the indoor 400-meter mark for the first time at the Great Dane Classic, where she finished 11th in 58.18 seconds...broke the 58-second barrier for the first time at the Akron Open, and did so by a healthy margin at the Big South indoor meet, where her 57.54 placed her fifth in a time that would have bested the VMI outdoor record as well...got off to a strong start to the outdoor year, winning the 400-meters and placing second in the 200 at the VMI/W&L Invitational...edged under the VMI outdoor 400-meter record for the first time that season at the Duke Invitational...went under the 57-second plateau at April's UVA invite, a 56.99 to finish seventh...slightly bested that at the Big South outdoor meet, where her 56.97 placed her fifth.

2007-08: Broke the VMI records in both the indoor and outdoor versions of her specialty, the 400-meter dash...set the outdoor record for the final time at the Big South Championships, running a 57.55...also set the new indoor mark at the BSC Championships, as her 58.44 time during preliminaries was the new VMI best...Williams also regularly ran the 200-meters, and posted a season-best of 25.88 at March's Shamrock Invitational.

2006-07: Captured a season-best second place finish in the 200m at the VMI Winter Relays (27.89)...finished fifth in the 400m at the Liberty Quad...scored in the 400m (7th place-59.95) at the Big South Outdoor Championships.

High School/Personal: Williams finished in sixth place at the 2006 Golden South Meet in the 400m (57.44)...pulled in a second place finish at the Florida 4A Region IV meet in the 400m (57.20)...finished fifth in the 400m at the 2006 3A-4A Florida State Championships (57.72)...majoring in biology at the Institute.
