2021: Earned a SoCon individual title in the 400m by placing first in 56.74 seconds at the SoCon Indoor Championships after placing second in the prelims … also helped the 4x400 relay team to All-SoCon honors by aiding the squad to third place in 3:53.16 … also competed in the 200m at SoCons and placed sixth overall … won the 200m in 24.97 seconds at the Keydet Invitational … earned a season-best 200mm time of 24.83 for first place at the VMI Winter Classic, also winning the 400m in 57.08 seconds and helped the 4x400 relay to first place in 3:53.52 … won both the 200m (24.85) and 400m (57.09) at the VMI Winter Relays … during the outdoor season, helped the 4x400 relay to All-SoCon honors by placing second in 3:47.91 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … earned a career-best 100m time of 12.09 seconds for sixth place in the prelims at the SoCon event, as well as a career-best 200m time of 24.38 seconds for fifth place in the finals …  at the Colonial Relays, came in second in both the 100m (12.06) and the 4x400 relay (3:53.11) … won the 400m at the JMU Invite in a season-best 56.74 seconds.

2020: In a shortened season remained productive with another great season in sprints…placed second in the 4x400 and fourth in the 200 at the VMI Team Challenge…posted a personal best 7.77 in the 60 at the VMI Winter Relays…earned another personal best in the 400 (56.68), good for second at the SoCon Indoor Championships...placed fourth at the SoCon Championships in 4x400, with the group running a school-record time of 3:52.78. 
 
2019: Building off a great last season, earned multiple top ten finishes in sprints…began season with a fifth place mark in the 200 and eighth place in the 400 at the VMI Team Challenge…posted a 58.00 400 at the Virginia Tech Challenge, good for sixth place…finished top five in the 400 and 4x400 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…had a personal best in the 100 (12.47) at the Raleigh Relays, with a personal best in the 200 (24.83) at the Gamecock Outdoor Invitational…placed top ten in the 200, 400, and 4x100 events at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

2018: Had one of the best freshman seasons for a Keydet in recent memory...posted the second-fastest 400-meter times in school history, both indoors and outdoors...started her career off with a bang, finishing second in the 400 at ETSU...placed in the top-four in both the 200 and 400 at the VMI Team Challenge...second in the 400 at the VMI Winter Relays...finished fifth in the 400 at the SoCon Indoor Championships with the second-fastest time in program history (57.69)...also part of a school-record effort in the 4X4 at that meet and finished 13th in the 200...ran on the school-record DMR squad at the ECAC Championships (finished 14th)...went on to finish seventh in the 400 in the SoCon outdoors, again, with the second-fastest time in school history.

High School/Personal: Three-time First Team All-State...once second team all-state...four-year first team all-catholic...indoor and outdoor state medalist in 400-meters, 4X4 and 4X2...outdoor state medalist in 4X1, 200, 400 and 4X4...Philadelphia Catholic League Female MVP in both 2014 and 2015...United Stars Track Club and Delio Stallions...National Honor Society...first honors sophomore and senior year...intends to major in biology.
