2021: During the indoor season, ran a career-best mile at the VMI Team Challenge with a time of 5:23.57 … competed in the 5000m at the SoCon Indoor Championships in 17^th place with a time of 18:27.60 … also helped the DMR to a time of 13:08.42 for eighth place at the event … during the outdoor season, ran a career-best 5000m time of 18:07.78 at the Colonial Relays on Apr. 2 … finished first in the 3000m at the W&L Spring Kick-Off with a time of 11:02.04 … ran a career-best 10k time of 38:55.53 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships to finish 13^th overall … also competed in the 5000m at the event with a time of 18:50.01.

2020: Began season with a personal best in the 3k (10:54.32), good for 13^th place at the VMI Keydet Invitational…continued strong in the 3K and 5K competitions throughout a shortened season…ended season with a 16^th-place finish in the 5K at the SoCon Indoor Championships.
 
2019: Capped off season with multiple top ten finishes…began with a fifth-place finish in the DMR at the Keydet Invitational…improved time for a second-place finish in the DMR (12:47.34) at the VMI Winter Relays 2019…posted a personal best 5k, 18:09.41, at the 2019 Colonial Relays…finished season with another personal best in the 10K with a time of 38:55.86, good for ninth place at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

2018: Was VMI's #3 runner in all six cross country races...set new personal bests in three different events...finished 55th at the SoCon Championships and 18th at JMU...indoor season was highlighted by a 13th-place finish in the 3K at the SoCon Indoor Championships...outdoors, set a new PR in the 5K at Bucknell, a mark that she bettered at the SoCon Championships, where she finished 13th...was also 18th in the 1,500 at that meet. 

High School/Personal: 2017 XC All-State...team MVP...away from high school ranks, finished as first female in Run for Liberty 5K and Asheville's Shamrock 10K...also lettered four years in swimming and three years in soccer...Positive Athlete of Georgia...National Honor Society...Class Treasurer...National Mandarin Society...Mandarin Club President...holds school records in 1,600 and 3,200-meters, as well as swimming mark in 100 fly...intends to major in civil engineering.
