2022
Indoor: Placed 11^th in the 400m in 59.11 seconds at the SoCon Indoor Championships, where she helped the 4x400 relay to fifth place in 4:02.07 and the DMR squad to seventh place in 13:00.36 … qualified for the 400m at the ECAC Championships, placing 22^nd overall in 57.57 seconds … earned a career-best 800m time of 2:28.71 for fifth place at the VMI Team Challenge.
Outdoor:  Competed in the 400m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships where she finished ninth in both the prelims (59.43) and finals (1:00.92).

2021: Helped the 4x400 relay to All-SoCon honors by placing third in 3:53.16 at the SoCon Indoor Championships … placed fifth in the 400m finals in 58.05 seconds at the SoCon event … ran a career-best 500m time of 1:19.59 for second place at the VMI Winter Relays and came in third in the 400m in 1:00.53 … won the 400m at the Keydet Invitational in 59.55 seconds … at the VMI Winter Classic, helped the 4x400 win the event in 3:53.52 and came in third in the 400m in 59.48 seconds … during the outdoor season, helped the 4x400 relay to All-SoCon honors by placing second in 3:47.91 … ran a career-best 200m time of 25.36 seconds for ninth place at the George Mason Invite … helped the 4x400 relay to second place in 3:53.11 at the Colonial Relays.

2020: Another great year with strong improvements throughout the shortened season…finished eighth in the 400 and second in the 4x400 at the VMI Team Challenge…posted a 25.95 personal best in the 200 at the USC Indoor Open…finished season with another personal best in the 400 (56.66), good for first place individual title at the SoCon Indoor Championships, and eighth in the DMR...competed in 4x400 relay and the group ran a school-record 3:52.78 for fourth place at the SoCon Indoor Championships. 
 
2019: Freshman season began with seventh-place finish in the 4x400 at the Keydet Invitational…competed in the 200 and 400 at the VMI Team Challenge…earned top five finishes in the 4x400 and DMR at the VMI Winter Relays…posted a 58.16 400m and 3:53.77 in the 4x400 at the SoCon Indoor Championships, for top five finishes…finished season with top-20 finishes in the 200 and 400 events at the SoCon Outdoor Championships. 

High School/Personal: Lettered four years in track at Wise HS...was a 2018 All-American, finishing fourth in the Swedish Medley Relay (100/200/300/400) and fifth in the 4X4 at New Balance Outdoor Nationals...was the outdoor state runner-up in the 400 and ran on the winning 4X2 and 4X4 relays...also ran on winning 4X4 and 4X2 relays indoors, and finished third in the 300-meters...received team academic award three times...also lettered two years in XC...intends to major in biology.
