2009-10: Swam on three school-record relays, including the 200 free, 400 free and 400 medley...Turned in VMI's top time of the season in the 50 free...Competed in all but two meets.

2009 CCSA Championship: Competed in the 50 free (28.10) and 100 free (1:04.35), turning in a career-best time in the prelims of the latter...Swam on the 200, 400 and 800 free relays and the 200 medley relay teams that each placed 11th.

2008-09: Swam on the 200 free relay that that broke the school record at home against New Jersey Tech...Helped the women's swimming program to its first-ever win, taking down NJIT in November...Competed in all but one meet.

Personal: Daughter of David and Elizabeth Lentsch...Two-year letterwinner on the swim team at Cretin-Derham Hall...Also a three-year letterwinner in gymnastics and a one-year letterwinner in track & field...Psychology major.
