High School: Amassing 246 blocks in two season - including 131 as a senior, Day is a two-time record holder at Notre Dame High School for most goals blocked, totaling 16 assists in two seasons ... When Day started in net, she helped lead her school to the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Central Coast Section for the first time in 23 years ... A two-time team MVP, Day was captain for both her high school and club water polo teams (Monterey Bay United Water Polo) ...For Monterey Bay, Day was undefeated in her starts, allowing just 13 goals while blocking 41 shots ... In addition to being a four-year letterwinner in water polo, Day earned four letters as a catcher for the softball team, helping Notre Dame finish second in the CCS ... Earning academic highest honors all four years, including geometry, Day was also a three-year scholarship federation major.
Personal: Has four siblings - Georgina, Roman, Charlotte and Luciana ... Majoring in Civil Engineering.
