2016-17: Named a CRCA Scholar All-American ... shot a season-high 541 in the smallbore on Oct. 1 a week after logging a 535 on Sept. 24 ... earned her third-best smallbore tally of the year with a 525 on Oct. 29 ... did not compete in the air rifle during the season ... received Distinguished in Academic Merit status from the Institute both semesters ... Dean's List recipient both semesters ... named to the Cadet-Athlete Honors Society for a second straight year ... SoCon Honor Roll member.

2015-16: Opened the year with a 464 in the smallbore at a meet hosted by VMI on Sept. 26 … shot a season-best 548 in the smallbore at the MAC Championships to close the season … tallied a season-best air rifle score of 533 in a dual with North Georgia on Jan. 30, also shooting her second-best smallbore score of the year with a 546 … registered her second-best air rifle of the year with a 528 on Nov. 7 while shooting her third-best smallbore tally of 514 ... made Dean's List spring semester ... named to the Cadet-Athlete Honors Society.

2013-14: Competed at seven events spread between the two track seasons...focused on the throws...best effort of the year was a 9.56 meter weight throw effort at the conference indoor meet, good for 26th place. 

High School/Personal: Parents are Thomas and Elaine Avery ... has one sister ... lettered in women's golf and women's soccer during her high school career...also played Division 3 paintball and participated in martial arts for two years ... majoring in electrical and computer engineering with a minor in computer science.
