Christina Mowatt-Larssen at DirectAthletics 

2007-08: Placed 25th in the UNCA Bulldog Invitational Cross-Country 5K, running a time of 21:26...set a new personal 5K best at the Big South Championships, running a 20:06...on the track, participated in the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the first time at VMI, clocking a best time of 12:49.15 at April's UVA meet.

2006-07: Placed among the team's top three in all five cross-country events of the season, leading the squad with a 24:33 time at the Paul Short Invitational (6K), placing 73rd overall...ran a season-best 20:18 at the Big South Championships (5K), placing 44th overall and third amongst the Keydets...also ran track, including both a 11:55.05 in the 3,000-meters at January's Great Dane Classic and a career-best 2:25.58 800-meter outing at April 9's Colonial Relays.

2005-06: Team's second finisher in each of six cross-country meets...ran a personal-best 20:28 at the Big South Championships, helping the team to a fifth-place finish...also finished 19th overall at the VMI Invitational and 33rd at the Winthrop Invitational...also participated on the track, with a notable performance of 5:10.86 in the 1,500-meters at the Big South Outdoor Championships.

High School: Lettered all four years in cross country, indoor and outdoor track...Two-time MVP of the Westfield cross country team...holds schools in the 3200m (indoor) and 4x800m (outdoor)...posted personal bests in the 3200m indoor (11:52), 1600m (5:19) and the 3200m outdoor (11:22).
