Outdoor: Named a CSC Academic All-District recipient ... ran a personal-best 1500m time of 4:15 for 12th place at the JMU Invitational Apr. 15 ... also ran a PR time of 9:20.23 in the 3000m for fifth place at the JMU meet ... competed at the App State Open to close the season, finishing 10th in the 5K (16:39) and 18th in the 1500m (4:23.61).

2022
Indoor: Logged a career-best 3000m time of 9:25.17 for 28^th place at the VMI Classic … ran the mile in 4:39.98 at the VMI Winter Relays.

Outdoor: Ran a career-best 5K time of 15:54.05 at the Colonial Relays on Mar. 31 … earned a career best time of 4:18.46 in the 1500m at the Mason Spring Invite … ran the 5K at the JMU Invite in 16:43.96.

2021: Ran a season-best time in the mile run (4:42.51) at the VMI Winter Classic Feb. 12 … ran a career-best 3000m time of 9:36.63 at the VMI Team Challenge … came in 14^th place in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championships with a time of 4:44.21 … opened the outdoor season with a career-best time of 4:22.63 in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays on Apr. 2 … ran a career-best steeplechase time of 11:01.70 at the W&L Spring Kickoff for third place.

2020: True freshman began with a fourth-place finish in the 4x800 at the Keydet Invitational…placed ninth and 11^th in 4x400 and 800 respectively in the VMI Team Challenge…earned top twenty finishes at the VMI Winter Relays in mile and 4x400 competitions…posted a 4:38.76 mile in the VMI Indoor Classic.

High School: Prepped at Forest Park HS in Manassas, Virginia ... ran cross country and indoor/outdoor track all four years ... named team captain as a senior ... Cardinal District cross country champion as a junior ... qualified for state in the 4x800 as a junior .... placed third in regionals in the 4x800 as a junior ... AB Honor Roll member ... also played travel soccer.

Personal: Has two siblings ... plans to major in biology.
