2021: Earned a career-best mile in 4:41.77 for 14^th place at the Keydet Invitational to open the indoor season … logged a career-best 3000m with a time of 9:08.27 for fifth place at the VMI Winter Relays on Jan. 29 … placed 12^th in the 3000m in 9:28.10 at the SoCon Indoor Championships on Feb. 28 … competed once during the outdoor season in both the mile run (4:45.81) and the 4x400 relay at the W&L Spring Kick-Off on Apr. 24.

2020: True freshman started the season with 9:35.64 time in 3K at the Keydet Invitational…continued to improve his mile time for a personal best 4:42.56 Mile at VMI Indoor Classic, good for 50^th.

High School: Lettered four years in cross country at Woodberry Forest School in Woodberry Forest, Virginia ... a team captain, earned two-time All-Prep, 2x All-Central VA and 2x All-State ... also played two years of squash, lacrosse and track and field.

Personal: Has one younger brother ... plans to major in history ... attended Sewanee College prior to VMI where he was a member of the cross country and club squash team.
