Indoor: Opened the year with a 600m PR time of 1:26.83 for eighth place at the VMI Team Challenge ... won the 1000m race in 2:28.92 at the VMI Invitational Jan. 13 ...won the 800m race in 1:52.92 at the VMI Winter Relays Feb. 3 ... earned All-Conference in the 800m race by placing third in 1:52.94 at the SoCon Indoor Championships, where he also helped the 4x400 relay team to All-Conference honors in 3:18.04 ... helped DMR to fourth place in 10:12.85 at the event.

Outdoor: Won the 800m race to become a SoCon champion for the event in 1:50.20 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, where he had placed seventh in the prelims in 1:52 ... opened the season with a PR in the 400m in 51.34 seconds ... ran a new 1500m PR time of 3:54.11 for 11th place at High Point's VertKlasse Meeting ... ran the 800m in 1:52 for 11th place at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier.

2022
Indoor: Named to VaSID All-State Second Team as a mid-distance runner … ran a career-best 800m time of 1:49.59 for third place at the IC4A Championship, where he also helped the DMR squad to a second-place mark in 9:52.15 … won the individual title in the 800m in 1:51.02 at the SoCon Indoor Championships, where he also helped the DMR team to third place in 10:07.81 (both All-Conference marks) … ran a career-best 500m time of 1:07.17 for sixth place at the VMI Winter Classic, where he also broke a VMI school record in the 1000m for a first-place finish in 2:24.31.

Outdoor: Came in fourth in the 800m in 1:51.74 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … placed third in the 800m at the prestigious Virginia Challenge in 1:49.62 … won the individual title in the 800m at the Mason Spring Invite in 1:50.44 … helped the DMR team to second place in 10:06.27 at the Colonial Relays.

2021: Helped the 4x400 relay to a SoCon indoor title with a time of 3:19.18 at the SoCon Indoor Championships … finished eighth in the 800m at the SoCon event and helped the DMR squad to a fourth-place time of 10:23.57 at the league indoor championships … won the 1000m race in 2:28.31 at the VMI Winter Relays on Jan. 29 … during the outdoor season, helped the 4x400 relays to another SoCon title with a time of 3:12.99 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … logged a career-best 1500m time of 3:55.29 for third place and All-Conference honors at the league race .. came in fifth in the 800m in 1:53.52 at the SoCon event … earned a career-best mile run of 4:09.53 for first place at the W&L Spring Kick-Off on Apr. 24 … registered a career-best 800m time of 1:52.09 for seventh place at the George Mason Invite on Apr. 11.

2020: True freshman had a fantastic year finishing in the top ten throughout the shortened season…placed first in DMR at the VMI Team Challenge…earned another first place in 4x800 at the VMI Winter Relays…recorded a personal best 1000-meter time of 2:28.18, good for second place at VMI Indoor Classic…tallied another personal best in 800 at SoCon Indoor Championships…finished season with top five finishes in DMR at ECAC Indoor Championships.

High School: Lettered three years in both cross country and track and field ... competed in the 800m, 1000m, 1600m and the 4x800 relay.

Personal: Has one older brother ... plans to major in mechanical engineering
