Indoor: Helped DMR squad to third-place finish for All-Conference honors at the SoCon Indoor Championships in 10:07.81 … assisted DMR team to seventh place in 10:01.59 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships and the 4x400 relay to ninth place at the event in 3:18.00.
Outdoor: Competed at one meet during the outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays Mar.24-26 … finished the 400m in 52.73 seconds and helped the 4x400 relay to 15th place in 3:20.25.

2021: Battling injury, was only able to compete in one race during the indoor season and placed ninth in the 400m in 53.70 at the Keydet Invitational … still facing injury during the outdoor season, was able to compete in the 400m at the Aggie Classic on Apr. 24 in 52.93.

2020: Began season with 15^th place finish in 400 at Keydet Invitational…continued to improve 400 time for a 9^th and 12^th place finish in 400 at VMI Team Challenge and Winter Relays…recorded a personal best 1:06.85 time in 500 race at VMI Indoor Classic, good for seventh place…placed second in DMR and 4x400 at conference championships…ended season with top ten finishes in 4x400 and DMR at ECAC Indoor Championships.
 
2019: True freshman began with a personal best 200 time of 23.22 at VMI Team Challenge, good for 25^th place…finished sixth in 400m at Virginia Tech Challenge…earned a personal best in 400 with time of 48.96 at Raleigh Relays…earned fifth in DMR, second in 4x400, and ninth in 400 at SoCon Indoor Championships…posted a personal best in 400-meter hurdles with time of 57.47 at 2019 Twilight Qualifier.

High School/Personal: One of three Keydet signees (Jonathan Gray, Johnnie Walker) to have run on the 4x4 New Balance Outdoor National Champions...earned All-American honors for the effort...squad was also the indoor and outdoor state champions in the event.
