Indoor: Placed 15th in the 400m in 51.60 at the SoCon Indoor Championships ... opened the year placing 11th in the 500m in 1:09.79 at VMI Winter Classic Jan. 28 ... came in 14th place in the 400m in 52.73 at the VMI Winter Relays ... helped DMR to fourth place in 10:44.95 at Liberty's Darius Dixon Invite.

Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 400m in 52.37 seconds at the CNU New Captains Classic ... competed in the 400m in 53.26 seconds at High Point's VertKlasse Meeting.

2022
Indoor: Placed 16^th in the 400m with a time of 50.76 seconds at the SoCon Indoor Championships … earned a career-best 500m time of 1:09.31 for second place at the Keydet Invitational … helped 4x400 relay to fourth place in 3:35.91 at the VMI Team Challenge.

Outdoor: Came in 12^th place in the 400m in a career-best 50.69 seconds at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … placed sixth in the 400m in 51.36 seconds at the JMU Invitational … earned a 400m time of 51.27 seconds at the Mason Spring Invite.

2021: During the indoor season competed four times in the 800m, earning a career-best time of 2:03.95 for 12^th place at the VMI Winter Classic on Feb. 12 … helped the DMR team to fourth place in 10:23.57 at the Socon Indoor Championships … during the outdoor season, helped the 4x400 team to first place in 3:27.84 at the W&L Spring Kick-Off … ran a career-best 400m time of 51.61 seconds for 16^th place at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

2020: True freshman began season with a fourth-place finish in 4x800 at Keydet Invitational with time of 8:41.03…posted a personal best 54.52 in 400 at VMI Indoor Classic…earned a personal best 2:07.44 in 800m at the VMI Team Challenge.

High School: Prepped at Morris Knolls HS in Rockaway, N.J. ... lettered a total of 12 times, all four years in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field ... only second male in school history to letter 12 times. ... holds several school records and member of all-conference teams ... holds individual freshman records in the 800m and 1.5 miles.

Personal: Has two younger siblings ... plans to major in economics and business.
