- Named to the 2023-24 SoCon Honor Roll for averaging at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year
- Opened the season with a 1500m time of 4:40 at the Fred Hardy Invite
- Logged a 1500m time of 4:37 at the George Mason Invite Apr. 6
2023
Indoor
- Ran a new 3000m PR time of 8:56.17 for 15th place at the SoCon Indoor Championships
- Logged a new 1000m PR time of 2:41.21 for fifth place at the VMI Winter Relays
- Finished the mile run in 22nd place with a new PR time of 4:33.82 at the VMI Winter Classic
- Helped DMR squad to fifth place in 11:15 at the VMI Invitational
- Opened season in eighth place in the mile in 4:45 at the VMI Team Challenge Dec.3
Outdoor
- Finished 13th overall in the steeplechase in 10:19.44 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships
- Opened the season with a 5000m PR time of 15:59.39 for 11th place at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite
- Logged a steeple PR time of 10:06.50 for 20th place at the VertKlasse Meeting
- Earned an 800m PR time of 2:10 at the App State Open, where he also ran a 1500m PR time of 4:18

- Three-year letterman in cross country and track and field at Hanover HS in Mechanicsville, Va.
- Three-time regional qualifier and one-time state qualifier in cross country
- Three-time regional qualifier and two-time state qualifier in outdoor track as a distance runner
- Regional and state qualifier as a distance runner in indoor track
- Four-year member and team captain of the swimming team; four-time regional qualifier and one-time state qualifier
