2009-10: Placed fifth in the decathlon at the outdoor conference meet, blowing away his previous PR by some-500 points (6,136)...that effort included seven personal best performances...had VMI's highest pole vault of the year as part of that outing, a 3.81 meter (12'6") clearance...finished ninth in the 110-hurdles at the Military Championships...was seventh in the open high jump at the Big South Indoor meet (1.90 M/6'2 3/4")...set a new PR in the heptathlon at that event, scoring 4,512 points and placing fourth...finished third in the heptathlon at the season-opening Liberty Kickoff, with a then-PR of 4,319 markers.
2008-09: Finished third in the heptathlon at the Big South Indoor Championships, with a then-lifetime best of 4,292 points...finished ninth at the season-opening Golden Flash Gala...placed sixth in the decathlon at the outdoor conference meet, again setting a PR with his 5,664-point effort...saw action in the 110-meter hurdles at a pair of events.
2007-08: Earned valuable experiences in the multi's, contesting the events in both the Big South Indoor and Outdoor Championships...posted 5,339 points in the decathlon, while earning 4,026 in the heptathlon...won his heat of the 60-meter hurdles at the Indoor Championships...finished third in the decathlon high jump, the 1,500-meter run and the 110-meter hurdles at the Outdoor Championships.
High School/Personal:
Finished tenth in the 300m hurdles (42.26) and 11th in the high jump
(5-10) at the Virginia District II Meet. At the Northwestern District
Meet, won the high jump and finished third in the long and triple jump.
