2021: Opened the indoor season with a 6.47m long jump at the Keydet Invitational to place fourth … earned a 10.01m shot put at the VMI Team Challenge Jan. 23 … competed in the heptathlon at the VMI Winter Relays Jan. 29-30 and placed third in both the long jump (6.37m) and the high jump (1.80m) … again competed in the heptathlon at the SoCon Indoor Championships and placed 10^th with 3838 points … in the event, placed sixth in both the long jump (6.37m) and high jump (1.80m) … opened the outdoor season at the George Mason Invite on Apr. 11 with a long jump of 6.37m … came in sixth in the javelin throw at 36.76m at the JMU Invitational … competed in the decathlon at the SoCon Outdoor Championships May 1-2 and placed seventh with 4985 points … best finishes were fourth place in both the shot put (10.54m) and high jump (1.86m).

2020: Capped off his year with a fourth-place finish in Keydet Invitational heptathlon…finished top ten 60-meter hurdles and 4x400 at the VMI Team Challenge…earned a sixth place finish in heptathlon at Winter Relays…placed in top 20 for high jump and long jump at USC Indoor Open…ended season with a seventh place finish in heptathlon at conference indoor championships.

2019: True freshman started strong with a second place finish in heptathlon at the Keydet Invitational…posted a personal best 9.36 in 60-meter hurdles, good for sixth place at the VMI Team Challenge…earned top ten finishes in 60-meter hurdles, high jump, and long jump at the Virginia Tech Challenge…placed eighth in heptathlon at the SoCon Indoor Championships…posted a personal best in 110-meter hurdles with time of 18.47 at 2019 Colonial Relays…ended season with a fourth place finish in decathlon at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.
