2021: Opened the indoor season with a 12th place finish in the 400m in 54.17 seconds … earned a season-best long jump of 5.87m at the VMI Team Challenge on Jan. 23 … also helped the 4x400 relay to fourth place at the Team Challenge … came in sixth in the heptathlon at the VMI Winter Relays on Jan. 29-30 with 3037 points … best finishes were third place in both the 1000m (3:02.27) and 60m (7.40) … during the outdoor season, competed in the 400m at both the Bill Webb/Bob Davidson meet (1:01.63) and the JMU Invitational (53.91).
