2022
Indoor: Finished second in the 400m in 48.44 seconds at the SoCon Indoor Championships, where he also helped the 4x400 to a title in 3:17.13 (earning All-Conference in both events) … helped the DMR team to second place in 9:52.15 at the IC4A Championships, where he assisted the 4x400 relay to ninth place in 3:18.00 … ran a career-best 60m time of 7.26 seconds for seventh place at the Keydet Invitational.
Outdoor: Ran a career-best 400m time of 47.96 seconds for second place at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, where he also assisted the 4x400 relay team to a title in 3:11.08 and earning All-Conference honors for both events … helped the 4x400 relay to fourth place in 3:13.84 at the Gamecock Invitational, where he also placed 10^th in the 400m in 49.88 seconds.

2021: Ran the final leg of the 4x400 championship relay team to earn the Southern Conference indoor title for the event in 3:19.18 … earned All-Conference honors in the 400m in 49.28 seconds for second place at the SoCon Indoor Championships after placing sixth in the prelims … helped 4x400 relay to season-best time of 3:18.63 for first place at the VMI Winter Classic … season-best 200m time of 22.75 seconds at the SoCon Indoor Championships … during the outdoor season, earned All-Conference honors in the 400m by placing third in a career-best 48.28 seconds after placing fourth in the prelims … helped the 4x400 relay team to another SoCon title by finishing first in 3:12.99 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … earned a career-best 200m time of 22.24 seconds for eighth place.

2020: Competed in the 400 at the USC Indoor Open, earning a 27^th place finish…placed second in 4x400 and tenth in 400 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…ended the season with two top ten finishes in 4x400 at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
 
2019: True freshman started strong with an eighth place finish in DMR at Keydet Invitational…placed in top ten in 4x400 and 800 at VMI Team Challenge…posted time of 10:18.64 in DMR at SoCon Indoor Championships, good for fifth place… earned personal best in 800 (1:56.21) and 1,500 (4:07.90) at Bison Outdoor Classic…finished season with 18^th place finish in 800 at SoCon Outdoor Championships.

High School/Personal: One of three Keydet signees (Jonathan Gray, Rafael Mas) to have run on the 4x4 New Balance Outdoor National Champions...earned All-American honors for the effort...squad was also the indoor and outdoor state champions in the event...intends to major in economics and business.
