2019: Top two runner for VMI at every race as a senior … earned the top finish for the Keydets at the Southern Conference Championships, placing 19^th overall in 19:10.46 … led VMI with a time of 16:33 for 22^nd place at the Liberty Challenge to open the season … placed 32^nd overall in 23:15 at the JMU Open for second-best time on the team … paced VMI at the Paul Short Invitational by placing 76^th overall in 22:26.5 … came in 16^th overall at the HPU VertCross Invite in 22:47.81.

2018: Top two runner for the team at every meet … placed fifth overall at the Virginia Tech Invite with a time of 15:04 … came in 10^th place at the JMU Open in 20:34 … finished second for the Keydets at the George Mason Invite, arriving in 16^th overall in 24:37.1 … placed 23^rd overall at the HPU VertCross Invite in 19:14.69 … ran for 23^rd place at the Southern Conference Championships in 19:05.61, second best on the team.

2017: Finished as VMI's #1 or #2 runner in all six XC races...finished 26th at the SoCon Championships...was 19th at George Mason and 17th at JMU...track season included being part of a school-record and ECAC qualifying effort in the DMR...time was posted at the Roanoke Tune Up and team went on to finish 14th at ECAC's...other indoor results included a 12th-place finish in the 5K at the SoCon meet, where she posted a PR of 18:04.99...finished third in the 800 at the VMI Team Challenge with a PR of 2:18.65...competed in just three meets outdoors, all in the 1,500, with a best time of 4:49.47 coming at Charlotte.

2016: Was VMI's top finisher in all seven cross country races...became the first freshman member of the women's program to lead the team in every race since 2007...earned All-Freshman honors with a 17th-place finish at the SoCon Championships...finished 96th at the NCAA Regional meet...was in the top-20 at both the JMU Open (11th) and the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite (19th)...began her track career with wins in both the 3K and mile in dual against The Citadel...finished eighth in the 5K at the SoCon indoor meet for her first career conference point...part of the 4X8 squad that qualified for the ECAC Championships...outdoors, finished 15th in the 5K at the conference meet.

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner at Elk Rapids HS in Michigan...was an all-state and all-region honoree in cross country...also earned those honors in track...holds school records in 800 and 1,600-meters...National Honor Society...Academic All-State in both XC and track...also lettered one year in soccer...second in the women's division of the Ryan Shay 4th of July 5K...first in age group of Elk Rapids Harbor Run...second in Alden Run...intends to major in biology.
