Outdoor: Ran a career-best 800m time of 1:58.40 for eighth place at the JMU Invite Apr. 16 … second-best 800m was a 1:59.76 at the Mason Spring Invite Apr. 9 … helped the 4x1500 team to ninth place in 16:35.65.

2021: Competed in the 800m three times during the indoor season and earned a season-best time of 2:03.49 at the Keydet Invitational on Jan. 16 … logged a 2:03.78 in the 800m at the VMI Winter Relays on Jan. 29 … during the outdoor season, competed in the 800m (11^th, 2:02) and the 4x400 (3^rd, 3:33) at the W&L Spring Kick-Off … ran the 3000m steeplechase in 10:51.51 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships for 16^th place.

2020: Placed second in 4x800 to start the season at the Keydet Invitational…earned a sixth- and ninth-place finish in the 800 (2:01.30, a PR) and the 4x400 at the VMI Team Challenge…placed second in the 4x800 and eighth in the 4x400 in a great showing at the VMI Winter Relays.
 
2019: True freshman started with a 10:42.41 time in the DMR, good for eighth place at the Keydet Invitational…placed first in the DMR at the VMI Team Challenge and fourth in the 4x400…earned a second-place finish in the 4x800 at the VMI Winter Relays 2019…posted a personal best of 4:21.16 in the 1,500 at the 2019 Colonial Relays…finished season with a 2:05.17 time in the 800m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.
