2007-08: Posted VMI's top time in each of the four major hurdling disciplines...ran career-best 54.19 400-meter IH at the Liberty Last Chance meet in May...also posted career-best in the 110-meter high hurdles at Coastal Carolina's meet in March, running a 15.90...just missed his second-consecutive All-Conference honor in the 400-meter IH at the Big South Championships, finishing fourth...qualified for the 4 X 100-meter relay race at the IC4A outdoor championships...expected to be VMI's top representative in the hurdling events during the 2008-09 campaign.

2006-07: All-Conference performance in the 400m IH at the Big South Outdoor Championships, finishing third at 55.25 ... also finished third at the 2007 Military Championships with a personal best time of 54.99 in the 400m IH.

2005-06: Was only able to compete in a few events due to injury.

High School/Personal: Won state title in the 300m IH ... lettered two years in track at Hampton ... 2005 State qualifier in the 4x100m Relay and 4x400m Relay team ... AAU National Champion in the 4x400m and 5th in the 400m IH ... full name is Hamid Khalil Abdurrahim ... son of Sophronia E. Spicer.
