Third place - Pole Vault, 2016 SoCon Outdoor Championships

2016-17: Took part in the IC4A Championships for the first time in his final collegiate season, doing so via the waiver of standard rule indoors...won the Virginia Tech Challenge pole vault (4.75 M/15'7")...was second at Liberty...limited to just one event outdoors and did not clear a bar at South Carolina.

2015-16: Had resurgent season as a junior...was named VMI's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Comeback Athlete of the Year...finished third at the SoCon outdoor meet with a clearance of 4.86 meters (15'11 1/4") that moved him into third on VMI's all-time point vault list...also bested previous PR at Bucknell, where he cleared 4.81 meters to finish second...was eighth at the indoor conference meet...set a new PR for the first time in 2016 indoors, when he accomplished the feat with a runner-up finish at Virginia Tech (4.75 M/15'7")...finished in the top five of every meet at which he cleared a bar, save the indoor conference meet.

2014-15: Cleared a new personal best of 4.72 M/15'5 3/4" at the early-season Hokie Invite...went on to finish fifth at the indoor SoCon meet (4.42 M/14'6")...did not clear a bar at the outdoor conference meet...cleared 4.65 meters (15'3") at his final meet of the year, the App State Open.

2013-14: Freshman season saw him equal his personal best of 4.60 meters at both the NYU Saturday Night Shootout, where he won, and the YSU Invite, where he finished second...that mark was trumped with a 4.65 meter (15'3") effort at the Liberty Quad...wound up finishing in a tie for eighth at the conference meet...tied his PR outdoors at the Fred Hardy Invite...was tied for sixth at the Big South Outdoor Championships.

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner at Fauquier HS…AA State Indoor Champion in the pole vault…holds a personal best of 15'1” and the indoor school record in the event.
