2021: Opened the indoor season by placing fifth in the 800m in 1:59.23 at the Keydet Invite on Jan. 16 … ran a career-best 1000m time of 2:37.15 at the VMI Winter Relays on Jan. 29 … competed at the SoCon Indoor Championships in the 800m and placed 12^th overall in 1:57.22 … opened the outdoor season with a career-best 1500m time of 4:15.69 at the Colonial Relays … helped the 4x400 team to first place at the W&L Spring Kick-Off in 3:27.84 … ran a career-best 800m time of 1:55.72 for ninth place at the SoCon Outdoor Championships May 1-2.

2020: Started season with a second-place finish in the 4x800 at the Keydet Invitational with time of 8:10.23…placed top ten in the 4x400 and DMR at the VMI Team Challenge…placed first in 4x800 and eighth in the 4x800 and 4x400, respectively, at the VMI Indoor Classic…posted a personal best mile with 4:21.08 to earn ninth at the SoCon championships…ended with fifth-place finish in the DMR at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
 
2019: True freshman started strong with a first-place finish in the DMR at the VMI Team Challenge with a time of 10:44.72…posted a personal best in the 800 with a time of 2:03.26 at the VMI Winter Relays 2019…earned another personal best in the 1,500 (4:17.48) at the Bison Outdoor Classic…ended season with a 15^th-place finish in the 1,500 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

High School: Prepped at Legacy HS in Broomfield, Colo. ... four-year letterwinner in cross country ... named team captain as a senior ... also played three years of lacrosse as a faceoff specialist and was named first team All-Conference as a senior.

Personal: Plans to major in mechanical engineering.
