Indoor: Ran a personal-best 4:14.66 mile for ninth place at the SoCon Indoor Championships ... helped DMR to fourth place in 10:12 at the SoCon meet ... earned a PR in the 1000m in 2:30.31 for second place at the VMI Invite, where he also ran a 3000m PR time of 8:43.13 for first place ... opened indoor season placing second in the mile in 4:22 at the VMI Team Challenge ... won the 1000m race in 2:30.41 at the VMI Winter Relays.

Outdoor: Earned All-Conference honors in the 1500m run by placing third in 3:55.50 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships ... ran a 1500m PR time of 3:52.28 for 17th place at the Virginia Challenge Apr. 22 ... opened the outdoor season placing third in the 3000m in 8:43 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite ... finished second in the 1500m in 3:52.71 at the JMU Invitational Apr. 15.

2022
Indoor: Did not compete

Outdoor: Ran a career-best 1500m time of 3:56.15 for fifth place at the Colonial Relays … logged a career-best 800m time of 1:57.82 at the Mason Spring Invitational … also earned a career best in the 5000m in 16:19.24 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships for 21^st place … finished 10^th in the 1500m in 3:56.54 at the SoCon Championships.

2021: Ran a career-best 4:30.02 in the mile run at the VMI Winter Classic Feb. 13 to place sixth overall … opened the indoor season with a 4:37.12 mile at the Keydet Invitational … competed in the 800m at the SoCon Indoor Championships with a time of 2:02.56 … during the outdoor season, competed in the mile run (10th, 4:35.92) and the 4x400 relay (6^th, 3:47.86) at the W&L Spring Kick-Off on Apr. 24.

2020: True freshman started with a seventh-place finish in the DMR at the Keydet Invitational…placed in top seven at the VMI Team Challenge in 4x400 and 800 races…earned second-place finish in 4x800 at the VMI Winter Relays with 8:16.99 finish…finished in top 20 at the VMI Indoor Classic with an 800 time of 1:59.02…had a 21^st-place finish in the 800 at the SoCon indoor championships…posted a 14^th-place finish in 4x800 at ECAC Indoor Championships.

High School: Ran cross country and track and field and played soccer and football at Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, Fla. ... ran one year of cross country, earning All-State honors and serving as a team captain ... ran three years of track and field, taking All-State honors for two years and named a team captain twice ... ran the 800-meter and the 4x800.

Personal: Has two siblings ... plans to major in physics.
