2021: Did not have eligibility for the 2021 indoor/outdoor seasons.

2020: Placed eighth in the 3K at the VMI Winter Relays with time of 9:00.71…earned a fifth-place finish at the VMI Indoor Classic with 15:26.93 time in the 5k…finished season with 13^th place finish at the SoCon Indoor Championships in the 5k competition.
 
2019: Began season with a personal best 4:35.00 mile at the Keydet Invitational…placed tenth in the 3k at the VMI Team Challenge…improved his 3k time for a fifth place finish at the Virginia Tech Challenge…posted a personal 5k best with time of 15:25.94 at the 2019 Colonial Relays…earned a personal best in the 10k, good for 16^th place at the Bison Outdoor Classic…ended season with a ninth-place finish in 10k at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

2018: Ran in all six of VMI's XC races...made his way up to VMI's #4 spot by the SoCon Championships where he finished 45th...set new PR's in three of his last four races...took that momentum into the indoor season, where he finished 11th in the 3K at the VMI Team Challenge...was 14th in that event - with a PR of 8:57.02 - at the SoCon Championship, and also finished 23rd in the 3K...finished 24th in the 5K outdoors.

2017: Did not compete during cross country season, but made his collegiate debut at dual vs. The Citadel...best effort of track season came at the Liberty Twilight meet where he finished 15th in the 5K.

High School/Personal: Three-year letterwinner at Ad Fontes Academy...team MVP...lettered one year in track...first athlete at his school to place in the top three in a conference event...first athlete from his high school to play a Division I sport in college...intends to major in English and Arabic.
