2008-09: Helped provide depth for the VMI distance corps during his freshman season...campaign culminated with a seventh-place finish in the 10,000-meters at the Big South Outdoor Championships...also competed at UVA's outdoor meet in April, as well as the VMI/W&L Invitational in March...finished seventh in the 5K at the Big South Indoor meet.

High School: 29th place at the 2007 Footlocker Regional Cross Country Championships
