  • Helped the 4x400 relay team (Anthony Wilkerson, Ben Hagerich, Xander Topos, Rye Jackson) to All-SoCon honors by placing third in 3:19.93 at the SoCon Championships
Outdoor
  • Logged a 1:58.75 for eighth place in the 800m at the SoCon Championships
2024
Indoor
  • Came in fifth in the men's 800m with a new indoor PR time of 1:55.00 at the league meet
  • Ran a PR in the mile in 4:19 for second place at the VMI Winter Relays Feb. 3
  • Opened the season with a first-place 4:22 mile at the VMI Team Challenge Jan. 20
Outdoor
  • Named to the 2023-24 SoCon Honor Roll for averaging at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year
  • Came in 10th in the 800 meter prelims in 1:54.66 at the league meet
  • Helped 4x400 relay to All-SoCon honors for third place in 3:16 at the SoCon Championships

  • At the VMI Winter Relays, earned a mile run PR of 4:30.36 for 11th place and came in fourth in the 1000m in 2:40.34
Outdoor
  • Opened outdoor season placing sixth inthe 3000m with a PR time of 9:00.02 
  • Ran a PR time of 4:03.98 in the 1500m at the VertKlasse Meeting 
  • Came in fourth in the 800m at the JMU Invite with a PR time of 1:58.08 
  • Finished fourth in the 800m in 1:58 at the App State Open to close the season

  • Four-year letterman at Glen Allen HS in Glen Allen, Va. under Coach Strojny
  • Two-time All-American and national champion in the 4x800 (Outdoor track 2022)
  • Two-time XC All-State honoree and three-time First Team All-Region
  • Helped XC team to 2021 Class 5 state title (placed third overall with 5K PR of 15:51)
