Indoor: Earned a career-best mile run of 4:30.90 at the VMI Winter Relays Jan. 28 … ran a career-best 500m time of 1:09.52 for 12^th place at the VMI Winter Classic Feb. 11 as well as a career-best 1000m time of 2:34.90 for sixth place at the event … helped DMR to third-place finish in 10:07.81 for All-Conference honors at the SoCon Indoor Championships, where he also ran the 800m in 1:55.12 for ninth place … helped DMR to second-place finish in 9:52.15 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.
Outdoor: Came in 10^th overall in the 800m in 1:53.93 at the SoCon Outdoor Championship … ran a career-best 1500m time of 4:05.52 for third place at the JMU Invitational Apr. 16.

2021: Helped the distance medley relay to fourth place at the SoCon Indoor Championships in 10:23.57 … earned a career-best time of 2:38.23 in the 1000m at the Winter Classic on Feb. 12 … opened the indoor season with a 4:39.65 in the mile run at the VMI Winter Relays … placed ninth in the 3000m in 9:12.26 at the VMI Winter Classic … during the outdoor season, placed 15^th in the 3000m steeplechase at the SoCon Outdoor Championships in a career-best 10:51.32 … opened the outdoor season with career bests in the 800m (1:57.66) and 1500m (4:07.45) at the Colonial Relays … ran a season-best 800m time of 1:58.28 at the George Mason Invite on Apr. 11 … helped the 4x400 relay to third place at the W&L Spring Kick-Off in 3:33.53.

2020: Started season with a second-place finish in the 4x800 at the Keydet Invitational…placed in top ten in both the DMR (3^rd) and 4x400 (9^th) at impressive showing at the VMI Team Challenge…competed in the 4x400 for an eighth-place finish and second place in the 4x800 at the VMI Winter Relays…posted a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:31.45 at the VMI Indoor Classic, good for 24^th place…earned a 12^th-place finish for a personal best in the 5K…ended season with 14^th-place finish in the 4x800 at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
 
2019: True freshman began season with a fifth-place finish in the 4x800 at the Keydet Invitational…posted a personal best in the 3K with a time of 8:51.80 at the Winter Relays 2019…placed tenth in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championships…earned a personal best in the 1,500 at the 2019 Colonial Relays…finished season with a 13^th-place finish in the 5k at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

High School/Personal: Two-time all-state in the 4X, and earned one such honor apiece in XC and the 1,600-meters...was state runner-up in the 3,200-meters as well at the 6A state meet...intends to major in economics and business.
