Aaron Kempf at TFRRS

2021: Competed in one race during the indoor season, helping the 4x400 relay to sixth place in 3:37.73 at the Winter Classic … during the outdoor season, ran the 400m in 52.56 seconds at the George Mason Invite on Apr. 10 … assisted the 4x400 relay to third place in 3:33.53 at the W&L Spring Kick-Off on Apr. 24.

2020: Finished in sixth place in the DMR at the Keydet Invitational…earned top ten finish in the 4x400 at the VMI Team Challenge with a time of 3:32.64…posted a personal best 51.92 in the 400 at the VMI Indoor Classic.
 
2019: Began season with a fifth-place finish in the 4x800 at the Keydet Invitational…earned ninth place in the 800 at the VMI Team Challenge…posted a personal best in the 1000-meter with time of 2:43.41 at the Virginia Tech Challenge…finished season with a 20th-place finish in the 800 at the SoCon Indoor Championships.

2018: Took part in the 800-meters at both conference championships, finishing 20th indoors and 24th outdoors...posted a collegiate best in that event at Charlotte (2:01.84)...ran in the three races during the first half of cross country season...finished in the top 30 at JMU.
