2011-12: Will enter CCSA’s ranked 16th in the conference in the 100 back...top time of 55.31 came in dual meet with Howard...also finished second in the 500 at that meet...second in both 500 and 1000 free against Pfeiffer...second in 100-meter back at Mount...finished third in the 200 back at JMU.

2011 CCSA Championship: Finished 14th in 100 back…placed 10th in the 1650 free…came home 16th in the 500 free…also swam on fifth-place 400 medley relay team.

2010-11: Set new personal bests in every event he swam...turned in three of those at the Virginia Tech Invite, including a sixth-place finish in the 100 back, his first non-freestyle race of the year.

2010 CCSA Championship: Did not compete.

2009-10: The Keydets’ top distance swimmer, turning in the team’s top times in the 1000 and 1650 free…Competed in every meet of the season.

2009 CCSA Championship: Placed 11th in both the 100 back (57.36) and 200 back (2:07.58) and placed 13th in the 500 free (5:09.09), swimming a career-best time…Also competed on VMI’s 200 and 400 medley relay teams that each placed fifth.

2008-09: Competed in every meet.

Personal: Son of Eric and Jill Dale…Four-year letterman under Mike Nicholson at Corning West…Won four section championships and was a two-time State qualifier…Holds school records in the 200 medley relay, 200 free relay and in the 100 back…Team Captain…Also an Empire State Games qualifier…Eagle Scout…Member of the National Honor Society…Swam for the Corning River Rats…Assistant Coach for the Corning Girls Modified team…Ranks as a Regimental Corporal in the VMI Corps of Cadets…International Studies major.
