2015-16: Swam in four events at the ECAC Championships...finished 43rd in the 50 free with a new PR as he broke 22 seconds for the first time...finished third at NJIT in the 50 free...was third in the 100 free against W&L...third in both events against Manhattan...away from the pool, served as head of the Rat Disciplinary Committee (RDC).

2015 CCSA Championships: Finished in the top 24 in both the 50 and 100 free...also swam two relays.

2014-15: Swam in all four regular season meets...finished fourth in the 50 free at Loyola's tri-meet...was fifth in the 100 free at that event as well.

2014 CCSA Championships: Finished in the top-24 in both the 50 and 100 free, setting new personal best times in both.

2013-14: 10th in the 50 free and ninth in the 100 at the season-opening meet...swam in five total events there...third in the 100 free and fourth in the 50 against Howard...fifth in the 100 free at Davidson...sixth in the 50 and seventh in the 100 at W&L tri-meet.

2013 CCSA Championships: Placed 21st in the 50 free and 20th in the 100 free, setting new personal bests in both events.

2012-13: Swam team's fourth-fast 100 free time of the year at Va. Tech Invite (50.35)...was on all five of the five fastest 200 free relay efforts, as well as the quickest 800 free squad...seventh in the 100 free at Va. Tech...posted top four finishes in the 50 and 100 (meter) free against McDaniel...had best 50 free time of the year at Howard...part of freshman record setting 400 medley relay at Virginia Tech.

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner at JEB Stuart HS...holds three individual school records (100/200 free, 200 medley) and was a part of two record relays...All-District and All-Region...honorable mention All-Met...part of NVSL Swimming League - All-Stars...younger brother of former VMI swimmer Will Rowcliffe, former school record holder in the 50 free.
