2023-24: Played a key role in the record-breaking 200 and 400 Medley Relay squads…posted a team-best time in the 50 Breast and 100 Breast…nabbed fourth in the 100 Breast and 11th in the 200 Breast a the America East Championship.

2020-21: Earned multiple top three finishes in his freshman year…opened the season with a third place finish in 200 medley relay and 100 freestyle vs WVU Tech…followed up with a third-place spot in the 100 and 200 breaststroke at WVU Tech…improved his times to place second in the 100 and 200 breaststroke vs SVU…finished fourth in the 200 breast Mt. St. Mary’s…had another third place finish in 100 and 200 breaststroke vs UMBC…set a VMI freshman record in 100 breaststroke with time of 56.60 for eighth place finish at the American East Championships…added fifth place in 400 medley relay and top 20 in 200 IM and 200 breaststroke at the same championships.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: Lettered four times in high school for coach Tobin Sample … earned second-team all-state accolades … a junior nationals qualifier … his team earned back-to-back state titles … top times; 100 breast: 57.80, 100 Fly 53.98 and 200 Breast 2:09 … is a part of the 200 medley relay team that holds the school record … also played baseball...son of Bill and Kristin Lane.
